Order from anywhere in Canada. RJ Stitch Studio adds your logo in Delta, BC and ships to your confirmed destination. You can handle your quote, artwork approval and order details remotely; a studio visit is not required.
What to send for a useful quote
- Garment type or style, approximate quantity and preferred colours.
- Delivery province and city or postal code.
- The date your team needs the finished garments in hand.
- Your logo and size breakdown, if ready. These can follow later.
Planning 10–30 pieces for a small team? Start with an estimate. Smaller orders are welcome too. Your inquiry is not an order or a commitment to buy.
What your written quote confirms
- Garments, quantities, logo method, size and placement.
- Any artwork setup charges, shipping cost and applicable taxes.
- Garment availability, production timing, shipping service and estimated transit time.
- Payment terms and the order details you need to approve.
Pricing depends on the style, quantity and artwork. We confirm these details before your order proceeds.
Production time and delivery time are separate
First we confirm garments, artwork and order requirements. Production then follows the agreed schedule. Carrier transit time starts after dispatch and depends on the destination and shipping service. A production estimate on a product page does not include shipping time to your destination.
If you have a deadline, give us your required arrival date before confirming the order. We check it against stock, artwork approval, production and shipping. A date entered in the quote form is a request, not a confirmed delivery date.
Shipping to your business or work location
Shipping is quoted for your destination, order size and selected service. For a rural address, remote site, split shipment or time-sensitive request, include the destination details in your notes so we can confirm the available service and cost. We provide shipment tracking when your order is dispatched. Local pickup in Delta, BC is available by appointment.
Confirm sizes before we add your logo
Sizes vary by garment style. Review the chosen style's measurements before confirming your team's size and colour breakdown. If a size chart is not shown on a product page, ask us about sizing with your quote. We confirm garment availability and logo placement before production.
Reorders for new staff and replacement pieces
Share your previous order details so we can refer to the approved artwork and specifications. Current garment stock, pricing and any setup requirements are checked for each reorder.
Changes and order issues
Contact us promptly if you need a change or notice a problem. Changes depend on the production stage and agreed terms. Quality concerns, incorrect items and delivery issues are reviewed with you under our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
