How long does it take to receive a quote?
Most quote requests are reviewed within 1 business day. Larger or more detailed projects may require extra time.
What logo file formats do you accept?
Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG or PDF are best. PNG and JPG files can also be used for initial review.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity. Tell us what you need and we will prepare a quote for your project.
Can you help me choose embroidery or printing?
Yes. Embroidery stitches your logo onto garments and works well on polos, caps and jackets. Direct-to-film (DTF) printing works well for detailed, full-colour designs and event T-shirts.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes. Include your province and delivery city or postal code so we can confirm shipping cost and timing. Local pickup in Delta, BC is available by appointment.
Is production time the same as delivery time?
No. We confirm production timing after checking garments and artwork requirements, then allow for shipping to your destination. Tell us your target arrival date before your order is confirmed.
