Most quote requests are reviewed within 1 business day. Larger or more detailed projects may require extra time.
What logo file formats do you accept?
Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG or PDF are best. PNG and JPG files can also be used for initial review.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimums depend on the product type, decoration method and artwork. Send us your project details and we’ll recommend the best option.
Can you help me choose between embroidery and DTF?
Yes. Embroidery is great for logos, polos, hats, jackets and premium uniforms. DTF is often better for colourful designs, larger prints and event T-shirts.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup is available in Delta, BC. Shipping may also be available depending on the order.
